HART NAMES KRAIG HANSEN VICE PRESIDENT OF SOCIAL MEDIA

TOLEDO, Ohio – Hart, a full-service, independent brand transformation agency, today announced the appointment of Kraig Hansen as vice president of social media. Hansen, who will be based in Hart’s Detroit office, brings nearly two decades of experience spanning social media strategy, content, creative development and brand storytelling to the agency’s growing social media discipline.

Hansen joins Hart following a decade at X (formerly Twitter), where he held senior leadership positions including creative strategy lead for original content and creative development partner within the Twitter/X Next Creative Lab. In those roles, he partnered with global brands, world-class creators and cultural influencers to develop and execute breakthrough campaigns and content experiences. His tenure included leading the YouTube × NFL Sunday Ticket partnership, the largest bespoke deal in X history.

“Kraig has built and led social and creative strategy at a level very few practitioners have reached,” said Marc Paulenich, CEO, Hart. “His experience working at the intersection of brand, culture and platform is exactly what our clients need as social media continues to evolve. We’re thrilled to welcome him to the team.”

Hansen’s expertise will enhance Hart’s robust social media practice, helping clients strategically connect content and community across platforms. The team’s capabilities include social strategy, listening and monitoring, content planning, influencer marketing, community management, publishing, reporting and paid social, all supported by Hart’s broader integrated offering.

Prior to X, Hansen held leadership roles at Microsoft, where he helped pioneer innovative advertising and branded entertainment experiences for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Earlier in his career, he served as executive director at Time Inc., leading the Detroit market.

“I’ve spent my career helping brands show up in culture in meaningful ways,” said Hansen. “Hart’s reputation for strategic, results-driven communications, combined with an impressive client roster, made this an easy decision. I’m excited to get to work.”
