So, we set out to convince those who only associate gin with juniper, the piney herb, that there are flavor notes they may not know existed. Floral, fruity, botanical, barrel-aged, citrus and more. Ginnovation abounds. Ginspiration awaits. And cocktail creation is pure imagination. We managed to get converts to set their preconceived notions aside and discover what they’ve been missing as they explore the world of gin.
